We produced approximately 10 different types of brackets and supports for the wind / offshore supply chain, in series of up to around 1,000 pieces each — a clear demonstration of repeatable serial production rather than one-off structures.
Process: laser cutting → bending → threading / machining → welding → grinding / finishing → inspection → serial delivery. Materials include structural and stainless steels to supplied documentation, with measurement reports on request.
